Telecoms Commercial manager
Excellent opportunity with a leading world class telecoms/ mobile business is looking for a strong commercial manager with 3-5 years telecoms/mobile experience with a major telco/ mobile player.
Commercial manager will be very astute at communicating with the client as well as different departments to understand customer needs and deliverables.
Key Skills
To communicate with the client as well as different departments to understand customer needs and deliverables.
To design commercial solutions for bidding projects;
To respond to commercial conditions of tenders and prepare other commercial documents;
To calculate project costs and analyse commercial risks;
To negotiate and review terms and conditions of (both sales and subcontracting) contracts;
To present strategy and activity progress to peers and senior management team.
To support sales and product teams in identifying market opportunities and define appropriate strategy by providing commercial opinion.
To Manage all relevant internal/external relationships in an effective way
To handle contract amendments or disputes or escalation;
To provide commercial advices on different projects.
To help fulfill other tasks that required by the organisation.
Bachelor or higher degree in commerce, trade or law;
Experience of working with world leading telecoms/mobile business will be very desirable
Three years or more experience with bidding commercial activities in a similar environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability present to customer
Good mastering of business law especially contract law and international commercial law;
Good contract and business letter drafting skill.
Financial/economic analysis experience and skill is an advantage
