Understanding of VAS applications - CRBT (Caller Ring Back Tone), MCA & voice portal

Knowledge of VAS interaction with SDP & OSS/BSS

Knowledge and design of VAS provisioning and billing flows

Knowledge and design of VAS interaction with charging gateway as well as content settlement

Knowledge of volumetrics calculations and sizing of the environment

Drive technical discussions with VAS vendors as well at the CxO level
