Service Coordinator
Location: Basingstoke - United Kingdom
Rate: £ 25 to £ 27 K (Permanent)
A major global operator urgently requires a Service Coordinator to assist various departments with their operational duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Accepting customers' requests via phone, E-mail, fax or website, and collecting the necessary information from customers as the first point of contact.
* Creating ticket according to customers request with complete and accurate information and assign to TAC engineer with verbal notification.
* Interface and respond to customer complaints.
* Central management and co-ordination of TAC shift rota
* Carry out appropriate management escalation when necessary.
* FLM handling during request receiving.
* Ensure GCRMS updates are accordant with GCRMS input standard.
* Assisting engineers on GCRMS updates if necessary.
* Ensure SLA accomplished as per contractual agreements and be responsible for reminding in case of SLA failure approached.
* First line maintaining and correlating all GCRMS incidents, problem and changes within the TAC maintained queues and be aware of their status.
