Job Title: O/BSS Solution Architect / SME
Experience / Skills
Excellent O/BSS Domain knowledge in more than one areas like Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Telecom CRM, Order Management, Billing, Mediation, Revenue Assurance, Partner Settlement Etc; Architected and implemented solution in O/BSS domain using leading COTS product suites; Two to three project implementation experience (Not Application Development and Maintenance) in O/BSS space for Tier 1 / 2 Communication and Media customers. Working experience in more than one popular O/BSS COTS (E.g. Amdocs Cramer, Oracle BRM, Kenan Telecom Billing, Portal Infranet Billing, Oracle MetaSolv, Telcordia Granite Inventory, Seibel CRM, NetCool, Etc); Very good understanding of telecom business and market trends; Exposure to integration platforms like SOA, EAI Etc. Capable of architecting solution for network technologies like IP, SDH/PDH, ATM, Wireless, Wire line Etc. Wireless experience will have additional weightage. Very good understanding of industry standards/models like NGOSS, eTOM, SID, OSS/J Etc;
Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills;
Responsibilities:
Architecting solutions for large transformation and system integration deals; Implement large transformation and system integration projects. Pre-Sales, respond to RFP/RFI; Engage on Consulting and solutioning assignments. Leverage COTS and Telecom domain knowledge to implement telecom solutions.
