Marketing Manager
Location: South West of London (near M3 motorway outside M25) - USA - East Coast, Europe - EU Countries, United Kingdom

I am looking for a Marketing Manager for a client of mine that is headquartered in Fleet, Hampshire, UK. The client, who are a worldwide leader in testing mobile phones, is looking for someone who is commercially minded who can;
- Create business driven company messaging
- Manage events (trade shows etc)
- Analyse marketing return on investment from marketing
- Lead generation / follow up (roadshows, seminars, client days)
- Steer messaging in bids / RFI’s
- develop and implement a social media strategy
- Secure speaker slots and interest in white papers
- Handling a 250K marketing budget
- Managing another marketing resource.
- Handle account based marketing
- Recommend what should be dealt with inhouse / externally (PR companies etc)
- Work with 2 remote Marketing Managers in the Americas and in ASIA
- Maintain the corporate design guidelines
- Write copy in terms of marketing collateral
The person must have a background working in an international environment and also have shown the ability to market companies operating in technical niches (within Telecoms would be best). The role would report to the Global Sales Director and will be clearly commercially orientated. Candidates would ideally be working for a medium sized company and have experience of the full marketing mix and be able understand the technology space my client works in (so maybe has some technical or in depth understanding of Telecoms).
